Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Notable Errors by Our Company: If your prints contain a significant error made by us, you may be eligible for a refund or return.
  • Customer-Created Errors: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or returns for errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided information or designs.

Please note, all refund and return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of our management team.

Forms of Refunds

Should your request for a refund be approved, we offer the following options:

  • Reprints: We will reprint the entire order to correct the error.
  • Partial Reprints: If the error only affects part of your order, we will reprint the affected items.
  • Stored Credit: You may opt for stored credit, which can be applied to future purchases. Stored credit is valid for 30 days from the date your request is accepted.
