Refund & Cancellation policy

At Dash Print Co., all orders arecustom printed and made on demand, so we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed because production begins immediately.

2. Eligible Reprints

You may request a reprint if:

  • We printed the wrong size, design, or quantity
  • There is a clear production error (e.g., ink defects, missing parts of the design)

Requests must be submitted within48 hoursof receiving your order.To request a reprint:

  1. Email Support@DashPrintCo.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue

3. Non-Eligible Issues

Reprints are not provided for issues caused by:

  • Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated artwork submitted by the customer
  • Incorrect sizing or dimensions in the file upload
  • Color variations due to screens vs. printed output
  • Improper heat pressing such as wrong pressure, temperature, or peeling technique
  • Shipping delays caused by UPS/USPS or local couriers

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • We will help file a carrier claim
  • Replacement decisions are based on carrier approval

5. Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of order completion, shipment, and communication.
