Refund & Cancellation policy
Effective Date: 11/1/2025
At Dash Print Co., all orders arecustom printed and made on demand, so we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed because production begins immediately.
2. Eligible Reprints
You may request a reprint if:
- We printed the wrong size, design, or quantity
- There is a clear production error (e.g., ink defects, missing parts of the design)
Requests must be submitted within48 hoursof receiving your order.To request a reprint:
- Email Support@DashPrintCo.com
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos or videos of the issue
3. Non-Eligible Issues
Reprints are not provided for issues caused by:
- Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated artwork submitted by the customer
- Incorrect sizing or dimensions in the file upload
- Color variations due to screens vs. printed output
- Improper heat pressing such as wrong pressure, temperature, or peeling technique
- Shipping delays caused by UPS/USPS or local couriers
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit:
- We will help file a carrier claim
- Replacement decisions are based on carrier approval
5. Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of order completion, shipment, and communication.
