Welcome to Dash Print Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, products, and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to upload any content that is:

  • Illegal, offensive, or harmful
  • Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights
  • Explicit or prohibited by our print guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these terms.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed before production begins.
  • We do not store payment information. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

3. Artwork & File Submissions

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.
  • The file is print-ready unless you request additional design or editing services.
  • We are not responsible for print issues caused by low-resolution, pixelated, or improperly prepared files.

We do not use customer artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling the order.

4. Order Turnaround & Production

Turnaround time begins after:

  • Payment is received
  • Files are approved
  • Any requested revisions are complete

Orders submitted after the same-day cutoff follow next-business-day production.

5. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect customer information.
  • Once items are handed to carriers or picked up, the risk transfers to the buyer.
  • Local pickup orders not collected within 30 days may be discarded.

6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because our products are custom-made,all sales are final. Reprints are offered only if:

  • The print quality issue is due to our production error
  • The incorrect size or quantity was printed by mistake

Customer-submitted file errors are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, text, and designs created by Dash Print Co. are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dash Print Co. is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by misuse or incorrect application of transfers
  • Losses due to delays, system downtime, or failed delivery attempts
  • Third-party errors, including shipping carriers or payment processors

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
