1. Order Processing Time

Processing begins once:

  • Payment is received
  • Files are approved
  • Revisions (if any) are completed

Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed before the daily cutoff qualify for same-day production and pickup. Orders after cutoff will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS/USPS)
  • Expedited Shipping
  • Local Delivery
  • Store Pickup (Free)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and speed.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather issues
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missed delivery attempts

4. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking may take several hours to update depending on the carrier.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Marked as delivered but missing
  • Damaged in transit

Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim.

6. Pickup Orders

  • Bring your order confirmation when picking up.
  • Orders left unclaimed for 30 days may be discarded due to storage limitations.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

If the address provided is incorrect:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping fees
  • We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit
